Return Process

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original case and packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
